It is made from a blend of Garnacha, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and apparently contains very low sulphites of onky 20mg. A pale rose pink colour with perhaps a hint of garnet. One of my favourite wine grapes for it full body and floral flavours. What's not to love about this grape. Good to see that Spanish wine producers are beginning to experiment with it.
